Delivery and Returns

We hope you love shoppingwith KUVASION. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure wemeet your expectations. 

Shipping and Delivery

All the KUVASION ordersare free shipping, including the gift part if have.

All the goods will be sent via DHL, FEDEX, UPS once receive your order, we willtry our best o meet the delivery time as agreed.

Normally after delivery the goods will reach your area within 5~8 days by theinternational express.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. If you have special schedule duringthe delivery time pls contact the local DHL/FEDEX/UPS for a delivery plan.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to becompletely happy with your KUVASION order. If for any reason you are notsatisfied, Pls contact us for further discussion about the rerun. Usedmerchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise shouldinclude the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when itwas received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must bereturned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
